College Discovery (CD) is CUNY’s higher education opportunity program in the community colleges. It is designed to assist high potential, low-income students who otherwise might not be able to pursue a college degree due to their educational & financial circumstances. College Discovery provides advising and financial support during college. Students can apply during their senior year of high school.
SEEK is the higher education opportunity program in the CUNY senior colleges.
State University of New York’s Educational Opportunity Program (SUNY EOP) provides academic support and financial aid to students who show promise for succeeding in college but who may not have otherwise been offered admission. Available primarily to full-time, matriculated students, the program supports students throughout their college careers. Higher Education Opportunity Programs (HEOP) is a partnership between the State of New York and its independent/ private colleges that provides scholarships to assist high potential, low-income students in pursuing a college degree.
